The AvidTrak Agency platform is a free-of-cost module which allows Search Marketing and Internet Advertising Agencies to deploy an in depth call tracking system for their respective client base.
The AvidTrak Agency call tracking module is set up to:

- Order and Deploy Phone Number for New and Existing Client Accounts
- Setup Email Alerts for Phone Calls Received by Clients
- Set Reporting Time Zones For All Client Accounts
- Push AvidTrak data into 3rd party reporting system and CRM’s via AvidTrak’s API
- Group clients in similar verticals to view aggregated phone call performance
- Group clients in similar verticals to view aggregated form conversions
- Compare click and call performance of a group of similar clients by overlaying data
- Setup a Pay per Lead system for measuring and validating Pay for Performance engagements

Agencies which manage campaigns of clients that operate in the same vertical can determine the best inbound phone call creating keywords for the vertical by using the AvidTrak Grouper feature.
The Grouper feature allows you to select up to 5 different clients whose click and call data you can aggregate to determine the relative strength of keywords for the respective vertical.
Compare click and call performance of a group of similar clients by overlaying data
Compare relative performance of up to 4 different clients within the same vertical by viewing overlaid charts of clicks and calls over the same period of time.
Setup a Pay per Lead system for measuring and validating Pay for Performance Engagements
